just a mixture of techniques used on the same image. First is original ink and brush on bristol, then two print silkscreen print [dark blue and orange], then etching, black ink on white printing paper, finally another etching, brown ink on this lovely gold paper i found for another project but alas doesnt scan very well.
gosh, im not sure how long as i was working everything together. I did the ink drawing pretty quick then set up the silkscreen, it took about an hour to print both colours [counting washing out the screens inbetween and after] Etching took longer as i had to scratch the image onto the plate, leave it in the acid for about 40 mins then take the ground off, once all that was done the printing took no time. But while the plate was in the acid was when i was printing the silkscreen so that cut down time.
Really nice. The first etching (the black and white on white paper) is really well done; it stood out more than the other three.

thanks The silkscreen is my fav but i think that's more because i enjoy the printing process more, but saying that im getting more into etching. It's a new print medium for me and at the moment im still learning what i can do with it.
